Pass Exam USA sells digital exam preparation products. Because digital access and downloadable files can be delivered immediately, all sales are generally final.

No Refunds After Access

Once access is delivered, a download is provided, or a digital product is opened, we generally do not offer refunds.

Before You Purchase

Please review the product description, price, included features, and supported exam category before purchasing.

Limited Exceptions

We may review refund requests for duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or serious technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved.

Technical Issues

If you cannot access your purchase, contact us with your order email, product name, and description of the issue. We will try to help restore access.
